My Tuition Academia v0.9.2c
I didn’t expect to spend more hours in *My Tuition Academia* than answering texts I actually care about, but there’s something strange here - like the way the air feels before a storm, all sticky and charged. The first time I made the protagonist walk into that cramped apartment, it hit me: this thing tricks you into caring, then smacks you with something filthy right when you’re pretending to be moral. It’s not just about earning cash; it’s about how far she’s willing to bend, and how embarrassingly fast I stopped pretending I was guiding her for “story reasons.” The UI feels like it was thrown together at midnight, but maybe that’s the point - like this unpolished little sandbox knows exactly how small and real every cheap decision feels.
I couldn’t go five minutes without stumbling into another bizarre scenario. One night, she’s negotiating “private tutoring” jobs with a tone that’s *way* too casual for what’s implied; next thing, there’s a whole voyeuristic event behind the dorm showers with Toga appearing like she just stepped out of a fever dream. Momo’s route? Feels like poetry written by a drunk person with glitter on their hands - hilarious and awkward and… weirdly sweet. And then comes Midnight, who turns sexual tension into literal workplace harassment and somehow makes it funny. I hated how some scenes drag, all the clicking between dialogue boxes that pop up like notifications you swear you didn’t tap, but then suddenly it’s tense again, like you’re complicit in something you shouldn’t be watching.
Camie’s animations glitch sometimes; she’ll phase through walls right when things get good, which made me laugh without knowing why. The pregnancy endings are both stupid and oddly sentimental, like the writers were mocking the idea of consequence but still caring about it. Maybe that’s what makes it kind of brilliant - it never pretends to be heavier than it is, yet it gets under your skin. I tried uninstalling emotionally; it didn’t work.
